how much does it cost to rent out Cassava???
the minimum for buy-out is $500, plus CA sales tax (8.5% in SF as of 2012) plus service charge of 18%. During the holiday party season, the minimum is $750. very important: we are not serving alcohol here. all the drinkers are accommodating their own drinking needs, and there is no such thing as "corkage fee" here!
how many of us can you fit in your tiny little place???!!
we wish we could accommodate a lot more guests (*sigh*) but so far, 14 guests is the max. our private party dinners are sit-down only. we are not currently offering standing cocktail style parties. we've hosted a private dinner from just 2 guests up to 14 guests so far!
what do you feed us???
each party menu is created from scratch by Kris depending on the celebrant's fantasy ingredients, dietary restriction of any attending guests (if one person can't eat something, we won't use that ingredient at all in the menu, so that guy won't feel left out!), and of course the budget. Please see the party menu samples to get a feel of how your dinner might be like ;-)
what is the availability like???
Cassava is available for your party on Sat, Sun and Mon nights from 5:45pm to 9:30pm. shoot us a FB message or give us a call! sooner to act is always better ;-)
what about the alcohol situation??? Cassava isn't serving wine & beer yet, although we are hoping to be able to in near future. We are allowing our dinner guests to enjoy the meal with wine and beer, however, we are not allowing any hard liquor on premises, unless we are cooking with it ;-D
