Here are some of the measures we'll be asking all guests to comply with when dining at Cassava to provide the safest possible dining environment.


  • Please make reservations prior to joining us. 


  • Reservations are confirmed after guests answer and agreed to our health questionnaire and policies. Walk-up guests will be seated if the table is available and they go through the same questionnaire and provide contact information. Here's the preview of what the survey looks like. Guests are more than welcomed to fill this out right after making the reservation on Resy.


  • All plate ware, utensils, drinkware will be compostable or recyclable to minimize the risk of transmission. Guests are welcomed to bring their own wine glasses or utensils to reduce waste, or prefer the feel of silverware. 


  • All ordering and payment will be through a system called TableTab. Please ask us for wifi access if your phone is not receiving great service in our area.

  • Restroom access will be done with our staff escort only with body temp measurement upon entering the restaurant and hand sanitizing.


  • Masks at all times except when guests are eating or drinking, especially when the staff approaches the table to bring food or to answer questions. After this positive case with our staff, we are thankful that we had a very strict mask policy among all of us and that protected us from contracting and spreading. 

  • Each reservation has 1 hr 15 min at the table. Please know that TableTab gets disabled for ordering after 60 min from your reserved time.
